Spiral Bowl - petal swirl

Dinosaur Designs grew very naturally, very organically for the designer and artist couple Louise Olsen and Stephan Ormandy. It's a philosophy of colour and form. Working with resin is like working with paint and that's where Steve and Louise both started, as students working in our studio at art school. Every piece we make is crafted by hand in Australia, passing through many pairs of hands in the process, giving each piece the slight differences that make it unique.

Care instructions:

Resin is strong and durable, yet should be treated like a ceramic as it can break when dropped on knocked against a hard surface. 

Resin homewares are suitable for cold food service only. These products should be hand washed in warm water only. Resin may appear “frosted” after washing and can be rubbed with a drop of cooking oil to restore sheen. Resin is not fire resistant and so should not be used in an oven, a microwave, dishwasher or as an ashtray.
